We arrived back in time to get dinner at La Fougasse. I started with "Crab & smoked salmon,
lime coriander dressing" which was pretty good. For the main course I got "Seabass a la plancha, lavender sauce" with sauteed asparagus, while Suzy got "Organic salmon, softened leek & saffron sauce" with snow peas.
The fishes were pretty good, but the sides were a bit underwhelming. The asparagus was fine if a little overcooked, but the peas were drenched in too much oil.
Afterwards, we returned our car and flew back home.
